You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products and services.

We offer, among other things: the Legacy Body app on a monthly or annual membership, a higher tier intensive program, one on one consulting, and referrals to an independent telehealth provider for hormone optimization consultations. Each product's specific price, billing frequency, and inclusions are described on the page where you purchase it, and that description is part of these Terms.

Monthly and annual memberships automatically renew at the then current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting admin@rippedgrandpa.com; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made, except as described in our guarantee below.

We stand behind the Legacy Body Operating Standard. As stated on our site: install the system for the next 30 days. Implement the systems, experience it. Apply the principles, install it. Raise the standard, execute it. If you don't believe it's the simplest way to eliminate the Decision Tax and build a stronger body after 50, we'll refund your investment. This guarantee applies as described on the specific offer page you purchased from; contact admin@rippedgrandpa.com to request it.

Ripped Grandpa and the Legacy Body app provide fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle education. We are not a medical provider, and nothing on this site, in the app, or in any coaching call is medical advice. Always talk to your physician before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or supplement program, especially if you have an existing health condition.

If you choose to book a telehealth consultation through our partner provider, that provider, not Efficient Fitness Inc., is responsible for any medical evaluation, prescription, or advice you receive. We are not a party to the medical relationship between you and that provider, and any results from that consultation are between you and them.

Testimonials and results shown on our site and in our marketing reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on your own effort, consistency, and starting point, and we cannot guarantee specific weight loss, strength gains, or other outcomes.

All content on rippedgrandpa.com and inside the Legacy Body app, including the Ripped Grandpa name, the Legacy Body Operating Standard, our videos, written guides, and branding, belongs to Efficient Fitness Inc. and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

You agree not to misuse our site or app, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use any content we provide for a competing commercial product.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Efficient Fitness Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

SMS Program Description

Efficient Fitness Inc., doing business as Ripped Grandpa, may send SMS messages to customers who have voluntarily opted in to receive service-related text messages. These messages may include purchase confirmations, account notifications, Legacy Body Installation access information, program updates, customer support responses, and other non-promotional service-related communications.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
