If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive SMS messages from Efficient Fitness Inc. / Ripped Grandpa regarding your purchase, account, and appointment confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your phone number and SMS opt in status are never sold to third parties, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, including:

All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
